Pizza Toast is perfect for when you need something on the table in less than 15 minutes. It's easy to prepare, and you only need a few ingredients! Great for kids or adults!

🍴Ingredient Notes
- Gluten-Free Bread - For this recipe you can use homemade gluten free bread, or store-bought gluten free bread. I used my Paleo Garlic Bread but my Cassava Flour Bread is also a great option!
- Pizza Sauce - Any pizza sauce or tomato sauce will work. I used Primal Kitchen Pizza Sauce. (No added sugar.)
- Dairy Free Cheese - I used Miyoko's Vegan Mozzarella, but any dairy free cheese will work!
- Olive Oil - I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil. If you don't have olive oil, do not swap for other oils.
- Herbs & Spices - You'll need Red Pepper Flakes + Dried Oregano.

Step 1: Preparing the Pizza Toast
Add to each slice pizza sauce, dairy free cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Step 2: Air Frying
Air fry at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 3: Serving
Top each slice with a drizzle of olive oil and serve hot!
Expert Tips
- To give your pizza toast a little upgrade, add two slices of tomato to each piece of bread. Air fry the tomato with cheese and finish with warm sauce and herbs.
- For extra crispy toast, add bread without toppings to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes before adding the sauce and cheese.
- Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings! (Bacon, olives, peppers etc.)
- If you don't have an air fryer, bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes for golden brown cheese.
How to store leftovers
Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in an air fryer or toaster oven until warm.
