Why you'll love this recipe
- They're great for kids or adults.
- They're easy to make.
- You only need 4 ingredients.
- They're dairy-free.
🍴Ingredient Notes
- Vanilla Coconut Yogurt - Any yogurt will work with this recipe. It does not have to be coconut yogurt. I like using unsweetened yogurt because the sweetened condensed coconut milk has sugar.
- Cacao Powder - I love using raw cacao powder, but any cocoa powder will work.
- Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk - I used the brand Nature's Charm, but any sweetened condensed milk will work.
- Vanilla Extract - You'll need a splash to balance out the chocolate flavor!
🍴Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Mixing Ingredients
Start by adding yogurt, cacao powder, sweetened condensed coconut milk, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl. Blend with a whisk or hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Pouring into molds
Next, pour popsicle mixture into each mold. (It should fill 8 small popsicle molds!)
Step 3: Freezing
Freeze for 2-4 hours or until completely solid. Carefully remove each popsicle from the mold and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Expert Tips
- Use silicone popsicle molds for easy removal!
- Place sticks into the molds before pouring in the chocolate mixture.
- Save the leftover sweetened condensed milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you're ready to make more popsicles!
- Make sure the popsicles are frozen solid before removing from molds.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top!
