Fresh water peaches
Ingredients
– 2+½ Cups Frozen Bananas – 2 Scoops Vanilla Collagen - I used Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen. – ¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Toasted I used finely shredded coconut. – 13.5 Ounces Full Fat Coconut Milk, Chilled
Fresh water peaches
Start by toasting shredded coconut in the oven at 325 degrees for a few minutes. (Until golden brown.)
Next add frozen bananas, full fat coconut milk, vanilla collagen, and toasted coconut into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Top each drink with coconut whipped cream and extra toasted coconut!
– Cut bananas into small discs before freezing. This will make blending much easier! – Don't forget to toast extra coconut to add on top! – When toasting coconut, do not walk away! It burns easily. – Serve with fresh coconut whipped cream. You can find an easy recipe in this post. – Pour coconut milk into the blender first for easy blending!
