Your taste buds will be transported to the tropics with this delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milkshake!  It's thick, creamy, and you only need four ingredients!

Ingredients

– 2+½ Cups Frozen Bananas – 2 Scoops Vanilla Collagen - I used Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen. – ¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Toasted I used finely shredded coconut. – 13.5 Ounces Full Fat Coconut Milk, Chilled

Toasting Coconut

Start by toasting shredded coconut in the oven at 325 degrees for a few minutes. (Until golden brown.)

Blending

 Next add frozen bananas, full fat coconut milk, vanilla collagen, and toasted coconut into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Finishing

Top each drink with coconut whipped cream and extra toasted coconut!

Expert Tips

Cut bananas into small discs before freezing. This will make blending much easier! – Don't forget to toast extra coconut to add on top! – When toasting coconut, do not walk away! It burns easily. – Serve with fresh coconut whipped cream. You can find an easy recipe in this post. – Pour coconut milk into the blender first for easy blending!
