Fresh water peaches
Ingredients
– 20 Cups Golden Potatoes – 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil – 2 Teaspoons Salt – 2 Teaspoons Curry Powder – ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Start by cutting potatoes into long strips. Place the cut potatoes into a large bowl with water. Let them soak for about an hour.
Drain the water and dry the potatoes with a towel. Pour the potatoes back into the large bowl and add avocado oil, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
Line two large baking sheet with parchment paper and pour half of the potatoes on each sheet. Spread them out the best you can! (Space will make them crispier.)
Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Or until golden brown! Serve hot with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
– Space out the potatoes on the baking sheet. If they're too close together they will not get super crispy. – Use parchment paper to ensure the fries don't stick. – Stir them around about halfway through baking. (Especially if you're using an air fryer.) – Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end if you want the fries EXTRA crispy.
