Ground Chicken - You can also swap for ground turkey. Coconut Flour - You can swap for ¼ cup of almond flour. Egg - I have not tested this recipe with an egg replacement. Seasoning - You will need salt, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, dried rosemary, and dried thyme for this recipe.

Preparing Meatballs

Start by adding ground chicken, coconut flour, egg, and all spices into a bowl. Mix until fully combined.

Scooping Meatballs

Use a cookie scoop or large spoon to make meatballs. (It should yield around 18 meatballs.)

Air Frying Meatballs

Place the meatballs on a parchment paper lined try or greased air fryer basket. Air fry at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Helpful Tips

Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature is 165 degrees before serving. – Do not overmix the ground chicken. Fold in the flour, egg, and spices until it is combined. – Use a small cookie scoop to make even sized meatballs. – If you're using an air fryer basket, you will need to cook the meatballs in two batches. Do not overcrowd the basket.
