Why I love this recipe!

These Crispy Chicken Ceasar Salad Wraps are a fun way to switch up a traditional recipe!  They're easy to prepare, and you only need a few simple ingredients to make them. Great for anyone who is gluten and dairy free!

Ingredients

– 6 Cups Mixed Greens Any lettuce will work! – 2 Chicken Cutlets, Cut into thin slices See post for my chicken cutlet recipe. You can swap for grilled chicken. – ¼ Cup Dairy-Free Caesar Salad Dressing You can swap for any dressing. – 4 Grain-Free Tortillas I used Siete Foods Almond Flour Tortillas.

Start by warming the tortillas on a frying pan or in the microwave. (This will make them more pliable.)

Assembling

Next, add mixed greens and dressing into a bowl. Stir together until the greens are evenly coated.

Cooking Wraps

To assemble, add mixed greens and chicken cutlet slices into a warm tortilla. Wrap tightly and place face down on a hot skillet. Flip when golden brown and serve warm.

Helpful Tips

– The tortillas must be warmed up prior to rolling them or else they will crack and fall apart. I usually heat them in the microwave for about 20 seconds. – Do not use oil in the pan when heating the tortillas. The wraps will firm up with just a few seconds of heat. – Place the tortillas folded side DOWN on the skillet. – Make sure skillet has pre-heated before adding the wraps.
