Equipment

  • 1 Large Wooden Board It can be circular, square, or rectangular.
  • 2-3 Small Bowls I use these for the honey, fruit, dip, and raspberries!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Green Grapes
  • 16 Ounces Strawberries
  • 12 Ounces Blueberries
  • 6 Ounces Raspberries
  • 3-4 Oranges
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Cup Fruit Dip I used my Nut-Free Chocolate Spread, but any fruit dip will work!
  • ¼ Cup Honey

Instructions

  • Start by cleaning the fruit. I like to wash the apples and soak the berries in water with apple cider vinegar for about 10 minutes. Finish by rinsing well and pat dry.
  • Next, cut apples and oranges into thin slices.
  • To prepare the charcuterie board, add 2-3 small bowls onto the board first. Then lay the apple and orange slices around the bowls. Fill in the gaps with small piles of each fruit until the board is completely covered.
  • When you're ready to serve, pour the fruit dip and honey into the small bowls.

Notes

Expert Tips

  • Use small bowls and larger pieces of fruit first and then fill in the gaps with smaller fruit like strawberries or blueberries.
  • Save the grape bunches for the end! I like places them in awkward open spots.
  • Don't stress! You can't go wrong with a charcuterie board. Just keep adding small sections of fruit until the board is completely covered.
  • Do not leave open spots on the board. If you run out of fruit you can add nuts, dark chocolate, cookies, or crackers to fill in the gaps.
  • Don't fill the bowls with dips and honey until you're ready to serve.
  • To transfer the board easily, wrap tightly with plastic wrap to keep it fresh and in place.

How to store leftovers

Store leftover fruit in a large airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also separate the fruit into smaller containers.
Store fruit dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Each dip will vary on how long it will last in the refrigerator.
**Note that nutrition facts will vary depending on what dips and fruits you add to the board.
