3 Ripe Bananas 1 Tablespoon Cashew Butter Or any nut/seed butter you have on hand! 2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate I used a Hu Kitchen dark chocolate bar.
Start by cutting down the center of each banana. (Through the peel.) Gently open it up so there is space to add the toppings.
Spread the cashew butter and sprinkle on dark chocolate - or any other toppings you'd like!
Place in your air fryer and cook for 5-10 minutes at 375°. Serve hot!
Expert Tips
Pre-heat air fryer before adding in the bananas.
For best results, use ripe bananas for this recipe.
If you don't have an air fryer , you can try broiling the bananas on low for a few minutes.
Do not over stuff the bananas! They will spill and make a mess in your air fryer .
Prep the bananas ahead of time if you're making them for a large group. Air fry right before you plan to serve.
