Marinate Steak

Start by adding steak into a large bowl with salt, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Mix together until steak is completely coated with spices. Marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Preparing Vegetables

Next, add sliced onions and bell peppers into a large bowl with garlic powder, salt, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and olive oil. Stir until vegetables are evenly coated with spices.

Cooking Vegetables

1. Add to a large sauté pan and stir every few minutes to make sure they don't stick. After about 10 minutes, place the cover on the pan to steam the vegetables until tender.

Grilling Steak

Add steak to a pre-heated grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side. (Depending on how well done you like your steak!)

Assembling the Tacos

When you're ready to assemble the tacos, warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for 30 seconds on each side. Next, add vegetables and thinly sliced steak. Serve hot!

Expert Tips

Don't forget to add salt to the corn on the cobb! You can also rub on butter or olive oil before grilling. – Get creative with toppings! You can also add guacamole, avocado, extra cilantro, lime juice, diced tomato or even salsa! – If you're using Siete tortillas, you have to warm them on the grill or in the microwave for about 30-60 seconds before serving.
