I think we can all agree that the best part of making brownies is eating the batter!  Which is why I wanted to create a recipe that is completely safe to eat raw, and great for anyone who is dairy-free or gluten-free. My Edible Brownie Batter is rich, decadent, and sure to satisfy any chocolate craving! Plus, it's lower in sugar, and made without butter, eggs, or milk.

– ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Yogurt - Any yogurt will work with this recipe! – ⅓ Cup Cacao Powder - Or cocoa powder. – ¼ Cup Golden Monkfruit - Swap for coconut sugar or any granulated sugar. – 2 Scoops Vanilla Collagen - Or any vanilla protein powder. – 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour – 3 Tablespoons Cashew Butter - Swap for Sunbutter or any nut butter.

Mixing Brownie Batter

Start by adding all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend until it's a smooth, creamy consistency.

Chilling

Transfer the brownie batter into a glass container with a cover. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 30-60 minutes.
