Clean & Prepare Fruit

Start by cleaning the fruit. I like to wash the apples and soak the berries in water with apple cider vinegar for about 10 minutes. Finish by rinsing well and pat dry.

Helpful Tips

Use small bowls and larger pieces of fruit first and then fill in the gaps with smaller fruit like strawberries or blueberries. – Save the grape bunches for the end! I like places them in awkward open spots. – Don't stress! You can't go wrong with a charcuterie board. Just keep adding small sections of fruit until the board is completely covered.
