Ingredients
Fresh water peaches
Start by pitting cherries then place them on a cutting board.
Next, roughly chop the cherries.
Add the chopped cherries, honey, and salt into a small skillet. Let simmer for 20 minutes covered. (Stirring occasionally.)
Once the cherries are done cooking, set aside to cool.
Next, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 20 second increments until the chocolate is smooth.
Add a small amount of chocolate into each candy mold followed by cherry filling. Top each candy mold with more chocolate. Freeze the candies for 4-6 hours.
Once they have set, pop them out and top with an extra drizzle of chocolate and flaky sea salt. Place in an airtight container until you're ready to serve!
