Marinating the Steak

Add the steak into a large mixing bowl with olive oil. Pour the spices on top and mix around until they're evenly coated. Place in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.

Baking the Steak

Once the cast iron skillet is hot, carefully remove from the oven. Place each piece of steak in the skillet and bake for about 6-10 minutes.
