Simple Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Chopped Sweet Peppers
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 2 Cups Chopped Broccoli
  • 2 Cups Frozen Peas
  • 1 12 oz. Bag Cauliflower Rice Fresh or frozen!
  • 2 + ½ Tbs. Coconut Aminos
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Scallions

Instructions
 

  • Turn your stove to medium/high heat, and add about a tablespoon of oil. (Avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil.)
  • Next add your chopped onions and peppers to your pre-heated pan. Cook for five minutes.
  • Next add your broccoli, frozen peas, cauliflower rice. Cook for about five minutes then stir in your coconut aminos, scallions, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-10 more minutes. (Broccoli should be tender.)
  • Serve as is, or with chicken and rice! Enjoy!
