Turn your stove to medium/high heat, and add about a tablespoon of oil. (Avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil.)
Next add your chopped onions and peppers to your pre-heated pan. Cook for five minutes.
Next add your broccoli, frozen peas, cauliflower rice. Cook for about five minutes then stir in your coconut aminos, scallions, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-10 more minutes. (Broccoli should be tender.)
