Paleo Garlic Herb Croutons

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Thyme
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Sized Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Water

Instructions

  • Add eggs and water into a small bowl. Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend until fully combined.
  • In a medium sized bowl add almond flour, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and baking soda. Use a whisk or fork to blend until fully combined. (Make sure there are no almond flour clumps.
  • Next pour your wet mixture into the dry mixture. Use your whisk to blend until fully combined.
  • Set your oven to 350 degrees. Use coconut oil or avocado oil to grease your baking dish. Add the batter into your baking dish. (Or dishes, if you're using the mini loaf pan.)
  • Bake your regular size 8x8 bread pan for 30-35 minutes, or your mini loaf pan for 25-30 minutes. You'll know it's done when the top is golden brown.
  • Once you remove it from the oven, let your bread cool completely.
  • When it has completely cooled, slice it into small cubes. Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet. (Leave a little space between each one.)
  • Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. They should be golden brown when they're done.
  • Let cool, then store in a baggie, or a glass Tupperware container. You can store them at room temperature or in the fridge.
