Date Snickers
Date Snickers are a much healthier version of the classic Snickers candy bar. You only need four simple ingredients , and about 10 minutes to make them! They're a great treat for anyone who is Vegan , Dairy-Free , or Gluten-Free .

15 Medjool Dates ⅓ Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter Swap for Sunbutter or any Nut Butter. ⅓ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips 2 Teaspoons Flaky Sea Salt
Start by cutting down the middle of each date. (The long way.) Remove the pit and place on a parchment paper lined plate.
Next, use a spoon to stuff each date with a generous amount of peanut butter.
Finally, drizzle melted dark chocolate over each date.
Freeze the dates for 10-15 minutes and serve with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. (Store chilled.)
Expert Tips
Squeeze peanut butter out of a bag with the corner cut off to stuff dates. (Works best with creamy peanut butter.)
Mix peanut butter with collagen for extra protein!
Dip stuffed dates in chocolate for a more decadent treat.
When picking peanut butter , look for brands that don't add sugar or oil.
Place stuffed dates on a parchment paper lined plate or baking sheet for easy clean up. Once they're chilled, remove and add to storage container.
