Gluten Free Croutons are great way to give your soups and salads a little extra texture and flavor! They take less than 30 minutes to make, and you only need two ingredients.
Cut the bread into slices and then into small cubes. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the croutons with olive oil and use your hand to toss them around until fully coated. Bake or air fry at 325 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. (Until golden brown.) Let the croutons cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Expert Tips
If you make a large batch, freeze half for later! Defrost on the counter and bake for a few minutes to warm them up.
Feel free to add spices and herbs to give them more flavor! See ingredients notes for more information.
In the summer I like using a toaster oven or air fryer for small batches to keep the house cool!
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
