Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices Gluten-Free Bread
  • ½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey

Instructions
 

  • Start by toasting the bread until golden brown. (You can use a toaster, oven, or air fryer.)
  • Next add frozen blueberries into a small bowl. Microwave for about 60 seconds, or until hot.
  • Mash the blueberries with a fork and spoon onto each slice of toast.
  • Finish the toast with a sprinkle of lemon zest and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy hot!
