2+½ Cups Frozen Bananas 2 Scoops Vanilla Collagen I used Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen. ¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Toasted I used finely shredded coconut. 13.5 Ounces Full Fat Coconut Milk, Chilled
Start by toasting shredded coconut in the oven at 325 degrees for a few minutes. (Until golden brown.)
Next add frozen bananas, full fat coconut milk, vanilla collagen, and toasted coconut into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Top each drink with coconut whipped cream and extra toasted coconut!
Expert Tips
Cut bananas into small discs before freezing. This will make blending much easier!
Don't forget to toast extra coconut to add on top!
When toasting coconut , do not walk away! It burns easily.
