Coconut Milkshake (Dairy Free)

Your taste buds will be transported to the tropics with this delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milkshake! It's thick, creamy, and you only need four ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 2+½ Cups Frozen Bananas
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Collagen I used Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen.
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Toasted I used finely shredded coconut.
  • 13.5 Ounces Full Fat Coconut Milk, Chilled

Instructions
 

  • Start by toasting shredded coconut in the oven at 325 degrees for a few minutes. (Until golden brown.)
  • Next add frozen bananas, full fat coconut milk, vanilla collagen, and toasted coconut into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Top each drink with coconut whipped cream and extra toasted coconut!

Notes

Expert Tips

  • Cut bananas into small discs before freezing. This will make blending much easier!
  • Don't forget to toast extra coconut to add on top!
  • When toasting coconut, do not walk away! It burns easily.
  • Serve with fresh coconut whipped cream. You can find an easy recipe in this post.
  • Pour coconut milk into the blender first for easy blending!
  • Make sure the coconut milk has been chilled for at least 1 hour.
