  • Air Fryer

  • 1 Pound Fingerling Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil Sub with olive oil.
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Paprika Feel free to add more if you like spice!

  • Slice the potatoes lengthwise and add to a mixing bowl with avocado oil and spices. Stir until they are evenly coated.
  • Next, add the potatoes into your air fryer basket or a parchment paper lined baking sheet. (Depending on what style air fryer you have!)
  • Air fry at 400° for about 20-25 minutes. Flip them after 15 minutes to make sure they cook evenly. Serve hot!

Expert Tips

  • Make sure the potatoes are all cut around the same size so they cook evenly.
  • Pat dry the potatoes after rinsing! If they're wet you'll have a hard time getting them super crispy in the air fryer. (And the oil won't stick.)
  • Do not overlap the potatoes in the air fryer or they will not get crispy.
  • If you're using a tray, make sure you flip the potatoes after about 15 minutes.
  • If you're using a basket, toss the potatoes 2-3 times to ensure even cooking.
  • Top potatoes with flaky sea salt for added flavor and texture.
