Frozen Banana Bites are a fun, healthy treat that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! They're easily customizable and make the perfect little snack for kids or adults!
3-4TablespoonsCashew ButterAny nut butter will work with this recipe!

Instructions
Start by peeling bananas. Cut into small disks and place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
Next, add a generous amount of cashew butter to half of the banana disks. Place a second disk on top of each one to make a "sandwich." Place back in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Microwave the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl. (In 20 second increments.) Stir each time you remove from microwave until it's silky smooth.
Finally, dip half of each banana bite into the chocolate and place on the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Freeze until you're ready to enjoy!

Expert Tips
Place banana discs on parchment paper before freezing for easy removal. It's also great for when you dip them in chocolate.
Freeze the banana slices until they easily peel off of the parchment paper. If they're still mushy it will be difficult to add the nut butter.
Dip banana bites in white chocolate for a sweeter option!
I like dipping half of the banana bites in chocolate, but you can completely cover them in chocolate. Use a fork or toothpick to dip them.
Use excess chocolate to drizzle on top of bananas!
How to store leftovers
Leftover Banana Bites should be stored in the freezer.After they have set, remove from the parchment paper and place in an airtight container or bag. (Make sure it's freezer safe!)
