Strawberry Banana Blackberry Smoothie

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1+½ Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blackberries
  • ½ Cup Fresh Banana
  • ½ Cup Plain Coconut Yogurt Any plain yogurt will work!

Instructions
 

  • Add into a blender, frozen strawberries, fresh blackberries, fresh banana, and plain coconut yogurt.
  • Blend on high until the consistency is smooth and creamy. (Add a splash of water or dairy-free milk if needed!)
  • Pour into two large cups and serve chilled!

Notes

Expert Tips

  • If your smoothie is too thin, add more frozen strawberries or ice for a super creamy texture.
  • To thin out the smoothie, add a little water or dairy-free milk.
  • Make sure you're using ripe bananas as they add the natural sweetness to this smoothie recipe.
  • If you don't have frozen strawberries, use fresh strawberries and swap for frozen bananas!
  • Freeze leftover smoothie in silicone ice cube trays to use for later!
  • Use a high-speed blender for this recipe. If you only have a food processor on hand, you can use that too!
