Strawberry Banana Smoothie without Yogurt
This dairy-free Strawberry Banana Smoothie is great as a quick breakfast or post workout snack! It's made with natural, fresh ingredients and a good source of fiber.

1+½ Cup Frozen Strawberries 1 Ripe Banana ½ Cup Water Use less or more as needed. ¼ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter I use peanut butter with no added ingredients - just roasted peanuts!
Start by adding into the blender, water, peanut butter, banana, and frozen strawberries.
Blend on high until it's a smooth, creamy consistency. (Add ice or more water if needed!)
Serve in two cups and enjoy!
Expert Tips
If your smoothie is too thin , add more frozen strawberries or ice.
Make sure you're using ripe bananas as they add the natural sweetness to this smoothie recipe.
If you don't have frozen strawberries, use fresh and swap for frozen bananas !
Add an extra drizzle of peanut butter to the inside of the cup for a fun touch!
Freeze leftover smoothie in silicone ice cube trays to use for later!
Use a high-speed blender for this recipe. If you only have a food processor on hand, you can use that too!
