Strawberry Banana Smoothie without Yogurt

This dairy-free Strawberry Banana Smoothie is great as a quick breakfast or post workout snack! It's made with natural, fresh ingredients and a good source of fiber.

Ingredients
  

  • 1+½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ½ Cup Water Use less or more as needed.
  • ¼ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter I use peanut butter with no added ingredients - just roasted peanuts!

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding into the blender, water, peanut butter, banana, and frozen strawberries.
  • Blend on high until it's a smooth, creamy consistency. (Add ice or more water if needed!)
  • Serve in two cups and enjoy!

Notes

Expert Tips

  • If your smoothie is too thin, add more frozen strawberries or ice.
  • Make sure you're using ripe bananas as they add the natural sweetness to this smoothie recipe.
  • If you don't have frozen strawberries, use fresh and swap for frozen bananas!
  • Add an extra drizzle of peanut butter to the inside of the cup for a fun touch!
  • Freeze leftover smoothie in silicone ice cube trays to use for later!
  • Use a high-speed blender for this recipe. If you only have a food processor on hand, you can use that too!
