Gluten Free Croutons

Gluten Free Croutons are great way to give your soups and salads a little extra texture and flavor! They take less than 30 minutes to make, and you only need two ingredients.

Equipment

  • Oven or Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Loaf Gluten Free Bread
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bread into slices and then into small cubes. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the croutons with olive oil and use your hand to toss them around until fully coated. Bake or air fry at 325 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. (Until golden brown.) Let the croutons cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Expert Tips

  • If you make a large batch, freeze half for later! Defrost on the counter and bake for a few minutes to warm them up.
  • Feel free to add spices and herbs to give them more flavor! See ingredients notes for more information.
  • In the summer I like using a toaster oven or air fryer for small batches to keep the house cool!
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
