Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes
These Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes are an elevated version of thick cut fries! They're tossed in a few simple spices, a light coating of oil, and the result is a crispy yet tender potato.

1 Pound Fingerling Potatoes 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil Sub with olive oil. 1 Teaspoon Salt ½ Teaspoon Dried Thyme ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder ¼ Teaspoon Paprika Feel free to add more if you like spice!
Slice the potatoes lengthwise and add to a mixing bowl with avocado oil and spices. Stir until they are evenly coated.
Next, add the potatoes into your air fryer basket or a parchment paper lined baking sheet. (Depending on what style air fryer you have!)
Air fry at 400° for about 20-25 minutes. Flip them after 15 minutes to make sure they cook evenly. Serve hot!
Expert Tips
Make sure the potatoes are all cut around the same size so they cook evenly.
Pat dry the potatoes after rinsing! If they're wet you'll have a hard time getting them super crispy in the air fryer . (And the oil won't stick.)
Do not overlap the potatoes in the air fryer or they will not get crispy.
If you're using a tray , make sure you flip the potatoes after about 15 minutes.
If you're using a basket , toss the potatoes 2-3 times to ensure even cooking.
Top potatoes with flaky sea salt for added flavor and texture.
