Ingredients
Fresh water peaches
Add sweet potato, coconut milk, egg, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend until it's light and fluffy.

Make sure to use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it out.

Pour the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and salt into the bowl with the pecans. Stir until they're evenly coated.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes with tin foil covering the top. Remove the tin foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
