Even though as an adult I don't particularly like Connecticut's brutally cold winter weather, I do remember loving it as a child. Collagen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 1 Scoop Unflavored Collagen I use the brand Ancient Nutrition.
- 1 Tablespoon MCT Oil I use Bulletproof's Brain Octane Oil.
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Full Fat Coconut Milk Use the thick part from the top of the can.
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into your blender. Blend until frothy. (About 30 seconds.)
- Pour into a mug, and enjoy!
